Our report findings are in compliance with CREIA (California Real Estate Inspectors Association) Standards of Practice.

We also perform inspections for pre-listing, new construction, pool/spa and annual maintenance.

Our computer generated reports with photos are printed at the inspections, created on CD and/or emailed.
